BMW of Peabody, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is looking for a part-time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dealership. In this role, you'll be an important part of our teamgreeting customers, answering calls, and helping create a positive first impression. Pay Rate: $18/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 3pm-6pm and Saturday 8am-5pm
In this role, you will:
- Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer telephone lines in a courteous manner
- Count money in drawer at the beginning & end of shift
- Run credit card closing reports & prepare deposit for accounting
- Receive repair orders and payment from customers
- Receipt sales deposits/COD
- Scan & file documents
- Receive & distribute mail
- Other tasks assigned by the management team

Requirements:
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Enjoys client interaction
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with a multi-line phone system
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to communicate positively and professionally
- Possess basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
