We are looking for a full-time Computer Support Coordinator to join our team at our Corporate Office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, troubleshooting, helping others, and working in a professional team environment.

What You’ll Do\n

As a Computer Support Coordinator, you’ll be an important resource for employees throughout the organization, helping keep our computers, equipment, and technology running smoothly. Responsibilities include:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees needing computer and technical support.
\n
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, hardware, software, and peripheral equipment issues.
\n
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computers, hardware, software, and related equipment.
\n
• Set up computers and technology for new and existing employees.
\n
• Diagnose technical issues and coordinate repairs or replacements when needed.
\n
• Install and configure cables, operating systems, software, and other equipment.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of equipment, systems, upgrades, and technical support activities.
\n
• Review technical and software documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
\n
• Provide friendly, responsive support while helping employees resolve technology issues efficiently.
\n
• Assist with other technology projects and initiatives as needed.
\n

What We’re Looking For\n

\n
• High School Diploma or GED required.
\n
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or 2–4 years of related experience.
\n
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
\n
• Ability to explain technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
\n
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
\n
