Bilingual In-Home Caregiver Needed (German)

Pay Rate: $18/hr - $20/hr starting pay, depending upon experience. Advancement and promotion opportunities are available!

Hiring Timeline: Our hiring team is committed to getting you in our door as quickly as possible. Be prepared to interview and attend orientation within a week of first speaking with our recruiters.

Duties include, but not limited to:

Personal care, meal preparation, errands, medication reminders, and other assistance as directed by the client.
Light housekeeping, laundry, and other household chores as visually observed.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to assist with transporting (i.e., Gait Belt or Hoyer Lift)

 

Job Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of paid caregiving experience and/or a CNA, PCA, LPN, or RN.
Experience working with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, or ALS patients is a plus
Fluent in German
Be age 18 or older
Pass a comprehensive background check and reference check
Pass PHC’s skills & knowledge assessment
Have a valid Driver's License, a good driving record, and an insured, reliable vehicle.
Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills; High School Diploma or equivalent
