The HR SOURCE is seeking a Benefits Customer Care Representative on a 6-12 month contract to support benefits inquiries from active employees and retirees. The role requires hands-on experience with retirement and healthcare benefits, and will operate from a hybrid NYC location. You will manage intake via our dedicated lines and mailboxes, document transactions in Salesforce, and assist with open enrollment and retirement processing.
