VillageCare is seeking an HR Generalist - Benefits to support day-to-day HR operations in a hybrid New York location. You will act as the first point of contact for HR and benefits inquiries, assist with onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS data integrity, and payroll data accuracy. The role is ideal for individuals building foundational HR knowledge while contributing to a positive employee experience. Requires 1–3 years HR or admin experience and a Bachelor's degree.
