About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead its enterprise-wide FP&A strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for long-range planning, forecasting, performance management, capital planning, and strategic finance. This role involves spearheading the development of integrated financial models, conducting scenario planning, and collaborating with executive leadership to evaluate growth initiatives and capital investments. The VP will also be tasked with establishing planning processes to enhance forecast accuracy and transparency, as well as leading the preparation of Board and executive reporting materials. A key aspect of the position is to build and manage a high-performing FP&A organization that supports the company's rapid growth. Applicants for the VP of Financial Planning and Analysis position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced credential such as an MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred. A minimum of 15 years' finance experience, including at least 7 years in senior FP&A or corporate finance leadership roles, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or other hardware-intensive industries, and a proven track record in driving enterprise planning and strategic finance initiatives. Experience in operational finance, team leadership, and a strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures and capital planning are essential. The role demands a leader with advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, as well as the ability to influence senior stakeholders and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
