Join the Autism Team!
Autism Team is looking for compassionate, dependable, and energetic Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work one-on-one with children with autism. We currently have opportunities in the Millcreek/Salt Lake City area .
Pay: $18–$23 per hour, depending on experience and certification
Schedule: Part-time
Training: Provided — previous ABA experience is a plus, but not required
What You’ll Do
- Work one-on-one with children with autism in home, school, and community settings
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Help children develop communication, social, learning, and daily living skills
- Collect session data and complete required documentation
- Collaborate with your supervising BCBA and Autism Team
- Create a positive, encouraging, and fun environment for each child
Who We’re Looking For
- Kind, patient, fun, and dependable
- Comfortable working one-on-one with children
- Reliable and able to follow through with scheduled sessions
- Willing to learn and receive ongoing training and supervision
- Able to follow individualized treatment plans and professional guidelines
- Reliable transportation to client locations
- Able to complete required background screening
No previous ABA experience is required. Training is provided.
Experience working with children, individuals with autism, ABA, special education, psychology, education, child development, or a related field is a plus.
