The Account Servicing Associate is responsible for supporting functions and processes within Account Servicing by processing all requests received via multiple channels. This role will ensure all requests/tasks are processed within HCAs timeframes, adhere to HCA's policy and procedures, per stated workflows as well as compliance and all requests are handled in an expeditious manner per HCA's KPI's.

The Account Servicing Associate will:

• Process account servicing requests, including but not limited to title processes, vehicle protection product (VPP) cancellations, total loss claims, and/or lease buyout transactions, in accordance with established SLAs.
• Respond to emails and resolve escalated account issues within designated timeframes, using a customer-centric approach to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and compliance standards are consistently met.
• Prepare, send, and archive documentation in alignment with HCA policies and procedures.
• Make required outbound calls to customers, dealers, or third-party contacts to support account servicing activities.
