Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a national medical supply company to find a Customer Service Representative to join their La Crosse team! This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate. The position offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule during regular business hours, with no nights or weekends, and the opportunity to receive full benefits upon being hired permanently.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $22-$23/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Position: Full-time, temporary-to-hire
• Benefits: Full benefits available upon permanent hire

What You'll Be Doing

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions, requests, and inquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
• Manage customer orders and coordinate with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and caregivers to ensure orders are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with completing work orders, including verifying client information, entering equipment details, and confirming eligibility for funding.
• Perform data entry and a variety of administrative and clerical support duties.
• Assist with physical inventory and accept deliveries of goods when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the order process.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, welcoming, and professional attitude.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Comfortable working with customers and team members in a professional environment.
