Senior Help Desk Technician

Providing technical support for ATM Field Service Technicians, the part-time Senior Help Desk Technician will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensure high-quality service delivery, and act as a liaison between internal teams and vendors, working remotely during Eastern Time Zone hours. Key responsibilities Deliver technical phone support to ATM Field Service Technicians while ensuring first-time resolution of issues Monitor multiple email boxes and manage escalated customer issues in accordance with service level agreements Troubleshoot ATM software and hardware issues, providing efficient and high-quality service in a fast-paced environment Required qualifications Associates Degree in Computer Science or Technology, Technical Certification in relevant fields, or equivalent work experience At least 1 year of experience in a similar technical support role Ability to troubleshoot ATM software-related issues and understand the current state of ATMs Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with end users and vendors Availability to work nights and weekends as required
