Personal Injury Attorney

Job Salary: $110-135k + Annual Bonus. Opportunity for 1-2k bonus per trial potential Requirements: 2-5+ Years of Personal Injury Experience Position Overview We are seeking a driven and client-focused Personal Injury Attorney to join our plaintiff-side practice. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of personal injury matters, advocate vigorously for injured clients, and pursue maximum recovery through negotiation and litigation. This role requires strong advocacy skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing compassionate, ethical representation. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage personal injury case teams from start to resolution Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and opposing counsel Maintain high standards of case preparation and execution Drive cases toward resolution with urgency and strategic thinking Mentor and elevate team members through leadership and accountability Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in Texas (or ability to obtain licensure) Approximately 2–3 years of legal experience Prior litigation experience is beneficial but not required We are willing to retrain attorneys within our system and place greater emphasis on long-term potential than prior specialization. 401k Match 3% Health Insurance Life Insurance Discretionary bonus For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
