Whether your background is in abrasive blasting, industrial painting, surface preparation, or coatings, this is an opportunity to grow your career in a stable, fast-paced production environment.Pay & Schedule$20.00 - $23.00/hour Pay is based on shift, position assignment, and relevant experience.Available Shifts:Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PMNight Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AMOvertime opportunities available.What You'll DoAs an Industrial Painter or Blaster, you'll play a key role in preparing and finishing large steel wind turbine towers that will be used across the country. Responsibilities may include:Sandblasting and surface preparation of steel componentsRemoving rust, scale, paint, and other contaminants using abrasive blasting equipmentApplying industrial coatings using spray guns and painting equipmentPreparing surfaces through sanding, grinding, cleaning, and maskingInspecting finished surfaces to ensure quality and coating standards are metPerforming touch-ups and rework as neededMaintaining equipment and keeping work areas clean and organizedFollowing all safety procedures and PPE requirementsWorking closely with production teams to meet manufacturing goalsWhat We're Looking ForExperience in industrial painting, blasting, sandblasting, paint preparation, manufacturing, or production environmentsExperience operating spray guns, paint sprayers, blasting equipment, or similar industrial toolsAbility to work safely in an industrial environmentStrong attention to detail and qualityReliable attendance and a strong work ethicAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing settingPreferred ExperienceIndustrial coatings or paint booth operationsPowder coatingHeavy manufacturing or steel fabricationLarge structure, tank, tower, or heavy equipment paintingSurface preparation and abrasive blastingWhy Join Our Team?Competitive pay with overtime opportunitiesMultiple shifts availableStable, long-term manufacturing workOpportunities to learn new skills and advance your careerSafety-focused workplace with PPE providedBe part of the growing renewable energy industryWork EnvironmentThis role is based in a large wind turbine manufacturing facility and may involve both indoor and outdoor work.
