Senior Financial Analyst

Our client is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Financial Analyst to join its growing finance organization. What You'll Do Build financial models that support annual budgets, forecasts and long-term planning Analyze project costs, capital investments and operational performance to identify trends and opportunities Perform budget-to-actual and variance analysis while communicating key business drivers to leadership Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) by combining operational and financial data into meaningful forecasts Supply Chain & Inventory Analytics Evaluate contractor pricing and compare multiple bid scenarios to support sourcing decisions Validate engineering Bills of Materials (BOMs) and forecast future material requirements Analyze inventory trends to improve accuracy, reduce carrying costs and minimize material shortages Partner with procurement and operations to optimize inventory planning across multiple projects Data Analytics & Reporting Extract, organize and analyze large data sets using SQL and advanced Excel Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau or similar business intelligence tools Create KPIs that measure inventory health, forecast accuracy and operational performance Present complex data in a clear, actionable format that supports business decisions Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with finance, engineering, supply chain and field operations to improve reporting accuracy and business processes Support inventory audits by reconciling physical inventory with ERP and financial records Travel approximately 15% to regional warehouse and project locations to validate inventory and support operational initiatives Recommend process improvements that strengthen internal controls, increase efficiency and improve data integrity What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field Four or more years of experience in financial analysis, supply chain finance, inventory analysis or operations finance Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables and large data analysis Experience writing SQL queries and working with complex data sets Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP or Oracle Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills Ability to build relationships across multiple departments and influence business decisions Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting manufacturing, telecommunications, utilities, construction or another asset-intensive industry APICS CSCP or CPIM certification Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification #J-18808-Ljbffr
