Labor Employment Associate
Synectics Inc.
We are seeking an Employment Associate with 3+ years of experience to join the team. This role focuses on plaintiff-side employment litigation, representing employees in wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and labor law matters. Roles & Responsibilities Draft and respond to discovery requests and related litigation documents. Prepare, file, and oppose motions in employment litigation matters. Conduct and defend depositions, including witness preparation. Appear in court hearings and represent clients throughout litigation. Perform legal research and provide guidance on employment and labor law issues. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Employment Litigation and/or Commercial Litigation. Strong knowledge of California and Federal Employment Law. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active membership in the State Bar of California. Excellent legal research, written communication, and verbal communication skills. Compensation & Benefits Opportunity to work on complex plaintiff-side employment litigation matters.
