I am currently working with the leadership of an elite AmLaw 100 firm to identify top-tier L&E associates for multiple high-priority, unposted needs across Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

Exceptional Compensation: Base salary ranging from $225K–$450K+ depending on seniority and class year, plus strong bonus structures — at the very top of the market.
Substantive & Varied Work: A true mix of employer defense litigation and advisory/counseling work — single-plaintiff matters, wage & hour, PAGA, class and collective actions, and motion practice — for Fortune 500 companies, leading tech firms, and major financial institutions.
Real Responsibility from Day One: You won't be stuck in the library. Associates here take ownership of depositions, motions, and client relationships earlier than at most firms.
Real Partnership Track: These firms promote from within. You'll work directly with partners who are invested in your growth and provide a transparent, non-bureaucratic path to partnership.

Ideal Candidate
- 2–7 years of Labor & Employment experience, ideally on the management/employer defense side
- Experience in single-plaintiff litigation, wage & hour, PAGA, or class and collective actions
- California Bar admission required
- Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills
