Labor & Employment Associate - California

Attorney Position
Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm to identify an attorney with three years of experience to join its Labor & Employment team in Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco, CA. Candidates must hold an active California Bar license.
Required Experience and Skill Set
- Drafting pleadings, workplace policies, and discovery
- Drafting and arguing motions, and conducting administrative hearings
- Taking and defending depositions
- Conducting employee trainings
- Providing day-to-day advice and counseling to employers
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of California or eligible for admission without examination
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $165,000 – $190,000 annually (DOE)
Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
