Labor & Employment Associate

Troutman Pepper Locke's Labor + Employment practice group is seeking to hire an associate in its Los Angeles office with 2 to 3 years' experience in employment-related litigation, including but not limited to single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff matters, class and collective actions, and other disputes involving claims such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues. The ideal candidate will have a record of distinguished academic achievement, excellent writing and communication skills, and demonstrated work ethic and commitment to excellence in professional skills and client service. Candidates must be in good standing in California. The salary range for this position is $235,000 - $260,000 dependent on relevant years of experience.
