Employee Benefits Operations Leader

Location: California , Multiple Office Locations (Travel 25-30%) Hybrid: A growing insurance organization is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Operations Leader to help build and strengthen the operational structure of its West Coast broker practice. This is a hands-on operations leadership role . The right person will help create and improve workflows, processes, service standards and team structure while working closely with leadership to improve efficiency, accountability, and client service. Key Responsibilities: Build and improve EB workflows, processes and operating procedures Help create the structure, accountability and service model for the practice Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions Oversee workflow, capacity and performance across multiple teams Develop and mentor employees and future team leadersWork with leadership on growth, profitability and operational goals Establish consistent processes and best practices across offices Be willing to roll up your sleeves and do the work while the organization builds out its leadership structure Ideal Background: 10+ years of Employee Benefits experience in an insurance agency environment Strong background in Operations and/or Account Management Experience building or improving EB processes and organizational structure Proven leadership and team-development experience Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills Comfortable working strategically while also being highly hands-on Bachelor's degree preferred This is an opportunity for an experienced EB professional to have a significant impact on shaping this growing practice and building out the structure and operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
