\nSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, flexible
\n \nPosition Overview
\nWe are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our HR team.. This role will support high-volume recruiting across a variety of corporate and operational functions, with a strong focus on mid-to-senior-level positions.
\n \nThe ideal candidate will have experience recruiting within biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, or a related industry, although experience recruiting for comparable corporate environments will also be considered.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n \nManage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of positions across multiple business functions.
\nRecruit for mid- to senior-level positions, including Senior Manager, Associate Director, and Director-level roles.
\nPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and identify qualified candidates.
\nRecruit across functions including:
\nLegal
\nGovernment Affairs
\nDigital Transformation & IT
\nProcurement/Purchasing
\nConstruction
\nMarketing
\nProduct Management
\nIntegrated Campaigns
\nOther corporate and operational functions
\nSupport recruitment for specialist-level positions as hiring volume requires.
\nSource and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels.
\nManage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
\nWork effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment while managing multiple searches simultaneously.
\nCollaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure recruiting priorities and timelines are met.
\n \nQualifications
\n \nProven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, or related industry.
\nDemonstrated experience recruiting for Senior Manager, Associate Director, Director, and other senior-level positions.
\nExperience managing multiple requisitions in a high-volume environment.
\nStrong sourcing, interviewing, candidate management, and stakeholder management skills.
\nAbility to recruit across a diverse range of corporate and operational functions.
\nStrong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
\nComfortable working independently while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leadership.
