Senior Finance Manager

We are partnering with a high-growth, preIPO company seeking an experienced Senior Manager, FP&A to join its Finance organization. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for a finance leader who enjoys operating at both the strategic and tactical level. The Senior Manager will lead key planning, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis activities while partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional business partners. What You’ll Do Lead financial planning and analysis across the full P&L, including revenue, COGS, operating expenses, and cash flow Own and enhance forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning processes Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities Develop executive-level reporting, insights, and presentations Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations Improve and scale financial processes, reporting, dashboards, and planning tools Support the continued evolution of the company’s finance infrastructure as the organization grows Help automate and streamline manual reporting and analytical processes What We’re Looking For 10+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience Experience in a high-growth or rapidly evolving organization; public-company or transaction-readiness experience is a plus Strong understanding of P&L management, cash flow forecasting, accrual accounting, and US GAAP Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills Experience with enterprise planning, ERP, and financial reporting systems Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to senior executives Highly collaborative, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
