Senior Compensation Analyst

Role Overview The Senior Compensation Analyst serves as a strategic partner and internal consultant, supporting the design, analysis, and delivery of global Compensation programs aligned to business objectives. This role combines strong analytical capability with practical execution to develop data-driven compensation solutions that enhance the organization’s ability to attract, retain, and motivate talent. What You Will Do Conduct market research, benchmarking, and data analysis to develop competitive, equitable compensation solutions. Provide guidance and interpretation on global Compensation policies, procedures, and processes. Perform job evaluations and prepare salary recommendations for senior leadership roles. Requirements Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (Master’s in HR, MBA in HR or related) preferred. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Compensation with strong working knowledge of HR programs in a complex, matrixed environment. Solid understanding of compensation practices, market benchmarking, and applicable laws/regulations. Advanced quantitative and analytical skills, including experience with data analysis, modeling, and visualization. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of software products and familiarity with HR systems, (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Copilot, HRIS/reporting tools). Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-enabled productivity and analytical tools to enhance data analysis, research, reporting, and decision-making processes. Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs, validate data accuracy, identify potential risks or bias, and apply business judgment when developing compensation recommendations.
