About the Role The Senior Business Immigration Analyst will develop knowledge of the firm, various immigration case types, and client processes. Key duties include preparing and filing petitions with government agencies, collecting and reviewing documents, drafting case materials, and communicating with foreign nationals and client contacts. The role requires meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines, reporting case status to supervisors, summarizing data for reporting, and contributing to team productivity goals. Risk mitigation through adherence to firm standards, policies, and data privacy protocols is essential. How You Will Make a Difference Develop knowledge of the firm, various immigration case types and client processes. Perform tasks related to case preparation and filing of petitions with government agencies, including document gathering, review, case drafting, and filing. Communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts, providing clear and prompt responses regarding case status or general inquiries. Meet assigned deadlines that adhere to SLAs and communicate case progress, status, and escalations to the supervisor. Compile and summarize large quantities of data within case management systems for reporting to clients, managers, and the team. Understand and contribute to team and individual productivity goals. Demonstrate flexibility and initiative. Follow documented firm standards and policies to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory, operational, and client compliance (e.g., data privacy protocols, accurate use of Connect, team and client protocols). Leverage Your Valuable Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, Paralegal certification, or experience in a customer‑facing or client‑service‑oriented role. At least two years of business immigration experience (e.g., paralegal). The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and escalates case issues to a supervisor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proof‑reading documents, drafting fluent prose, and avoiding grammatical mistakes without the aid of AI engines. Experience using various computer systems, including MS Word and Excel. Desire to contribute to a positive work environment, effectively collaborate, and promote teamwork. Placement within the range will vary based on these factors, and compensation decisions are made to ensure internal equity and alignment with market data. A reasonable and good‑faith estimate of the current salary range for individuals able to work a hybrid schedule in the office locally is $63,000.00 – $75,000.00 .
