The Human Resources team plays a key role in attracting, recruiting and retaining talent, ensuring the organisation has the workforce required to deliver high-quality services. About you Degree (Level 6) in Human Resource Management with at least 1 year's HR experience including employee resourcing, or Level 5 HR qualification with at least 2 years' relevant experience Associate CIPD membership (or ability to obtain within 12 months) Experience providing HR advice and guidance on recruitment and resourcing matters Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment and selection processes Knowledge of employment legislation relating to employee resourcing Strong planning and organisational skills Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines Full driving licence (or access to suitable transport) What you’ll do Support the delivery of recruitment and employee resourcing activities across the organisation Provide advice and guidance to managers on recruitment policies, procedures and best practice Coordinate recruitment campaigns from advertisement through to appointment Prepare and maintain recruitment documentation, job descriptions and candidate information packs Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process Complete pre-employment checks including references, medicals and background screening Produce HR reports, statistics and management information Deliver training and support to recruiting managers and interview panels Review and improve recruitment processes and procedures Support workforce planning initiatives and HR projects Ensure compliance with employment legislation, organisational policies and data protection requirements Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners #J-18808-Ljbffr VanRath Search & Selection
