We design and manufacture the world's leading industrial and IT enclosures, racks, and accessories, including high-efficiency, high-density power management, and climate control systems for industrial, data center, outdoor, and hybrid applications.Why Work at Rittal:Starting Pay: $21.87/hourShift Differential: Additional $1.00/hour for second and third shiftsBenefits: Above-average benefits available on the 1st of the month after you start401(k) MatchPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysOpportunities for growth and cross-trainingSafe, clean, and team-oriented work environmentKey Responsibilities:Accurately receive and verify inbound stock from vendors.Use RF scanners to put away stock and manage inventory.Pick, bundle, and stage customer orders for shipment.Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment.Transport materials to and from production areas as needed.Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and internal audits.Support 6-S initiatives and perform general housekeeping duties.Cross-train in multiple warehouse and material handling functions.Follow all safety and quality standards to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED preferred.Forklift certification required; prior warehouse or material handling experience preferred.Ability to use RF scanners and basic computer systems (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word).Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights up to 20 feet.Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the shift.Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt.Safety Requirements:Wear safety-toed footwearSafety glasses with side shieldsHearing protectionOther (PPE) where required.Work Environment:Warehouse and manufacturing areas with exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dust, and noise.If you require reasonable accommodation for any part of the application or hiring process due to a disability, you may contact the company's Human Resources Department at View phone number on click.appcast.io.This option is reserved for individuals who require accommodation due to a disability.Rittal LLC and Eplan are proud to be an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
