How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision

MarqVision is growing rapidly, trusted by global brands and achieving strong year-over-year market expansion. As we continue scaling, we are looking for a Sr Talent Acquisition Manager who will lead and accelerate hiring across key business functions such as Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other G&A teams. At MarqVision, as a part of the Global Talent Acquisition Team, Talent Acquisition goes beyond filling roles; we partner closely with hiring managers to ensure we bring in the right people at the right time. In this role, you will act as a trusted talent partner, owning end-to-end hiring processes and helping teams attract high-quality business talent while maintaining a strong hiring bar. You will play a meaningful role in strengthening our organizational capability by consistently delivering strong candidates and creating a smooth, structured hiring experience

What You'll Do

• Partner closely with hiring managers across Business functions (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, G&A etc.) to understand role requirements and execute effective hiring plans.
• Own full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Build and manage healthy talent pipelines for recurring and critical business roles.
• Maintain a strong hiring bar through structured screening and evaluation processes.
• Use recruiting data and insights to improve hiring efficiency and identify bottlenecks.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract strong business talent.
• Support process improvements by leveraging ATS tools and AI, automation where appropriate.

Skills You Bring

• 4+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-growing tech environment.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a strong drive to build and improve.
• Energized by scaling teams and motivated to raise the hiring bar continuously.
• Strong sourcing capability and ability to build proactive pipelines.
• Data-driven mindset that is able to track metrics and adjust approach based on results.
• Familiarity with ATSs (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Ninehire, Greeting, etc.)
• Open to using AI and automation tools to improve productivity and efficiency.

Bonus Signal

• Experience supporting hyper-growth hiring at scale, with 50–100+ hires annually.
• Experience recruiting senior leadership or executive-level talent in competitive talent markets.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and/or global markets.
