Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Management, HR Business Partnering, People Development, Organizational Development, or a similar HR role.
• Practical experience with at least several of the following areas: talent reviews, HiPo programs, succession planning, backup planning, retention, internal mobility, or employee development.
• Experience coordinating HR processes involving managers and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong understanding of talent assessment and development principles.
• Ability to work with HR data, KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Experience preparing structured reports, presentations, recommendations, and process documentation.
• Ability to facilitate calibration discussions and challenge decisions constructively.
• Strong project coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage several parallel projects and work with changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Confident English for business communication, documentation, and meetings.
• Experience in an international, technology, fintech, or rapidly changing environment would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• HiPo & Key People Management: Lead the design of methodologies, diagnostics, calibration sessions, and the continuous validation of our Talent Map and Key Position lists.
• Succession & Retention: Drive "Ready Now" backup planning for critical roles, HiPo employees, and leadership, while implementing proactive retention strategies based on root cause analysis of turnover.
• Analytics & Reporting: Own the Talent Management dashboard; transform data on mobility, retention, and succession into actionable insights that drive leadership decision-making.
• Leadership & Team Enablement: Support managers and People Partners with tools and guidance on talent development and succession; provide PDP advisory upon request to ensure business-aligned growth.
• Program Development: Partner with L&D to evolve our Manager Enablement programs, ensuring they reflect real-world talent management needs and best practices.
• Strategic Alignment: Present insights and formalize action plans through regular review meetings with key stakeholders.
• Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement of talent management methodologies, identifying risks and gaps to ensure our framework remains agile and scalable.
