The Opportunity

• Seeking hospitalist physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
• Current national certification and DEA required.
• Current VA state license is a plus.
• Previous hospitalist/inpatient experience is preferred.
• 10-hour day shifts with rounding or admitting responsibilities. Rounding shifts are in Observation Unit or Inpatient units.
• 1 out of 3 weekends.

The Practice

Bon Secours St. Francis Medical Center Midlothian, Virginia

• 185-bed hospital.
• Chest Pain Center, Stroke Center, and STEMI Receiving Center.
• Annual volume of 12,000 with an average of 20 admits per day and 10 admits per night.
• No procedures required unless desired.
• Onsite labs and imaging.
• Variety of sub-specialty backup available including anesthesia, cardiology/EP, infectious disease, Heme/Onc, and more.
• State of the art facility with recent bed expansion and renovation.
