Chad Elder State Farm Insurance is searching for a self-motivated team member who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As a member of our Sales team, your training of insurance products will equip you to communicate effectively with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. If you are energetic, goal-oriented, and sales-minded, we are excited to harness your talents in this rewarding opportunity to build your career.
As an Account Manager for Chad Elder State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Compensation: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Our team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Hillsboro, OR and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:

- Home insurance
- Life insurance
- Retirement planning
State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
