Assembly Specialist

Assembly Specialist Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a role where you can build, test, and see a project through from start to finish? We are looking for a detail-oriented Assembly Specialist to join our team on the 2nd Shift! What You'll Do Build & Test : Assemble, unitize, test, and repair high-quality pumps. Logistics & Finishing : Pick and paint parts, and prepare units for shipment. Craftsmanship : Build custom wood crates and skids to keep our products safe during transit. Collaborate : Train team members and share your expertise as needed. What You'll Bring Mechanical Aptitude : You enjoy working with your hands and understand how things fit together. Technical Skills : Ability to read blueprints and use basic computer/technology systems. Foundational Skills : Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills. Shift & Compensation Schedule : 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Pay Rate : $27.40/hour + $1.00 shift premium Benefits Team-First Culture : We work together to hit our goals every single day.
