Job Description
We are looking for an Architectural Junior Project Manager Drafts person! We are open to taking on individuals with an array of experience ranging from junior entry-level to junior project manager project managers. The right individual will be well-versed in architectural AutoCAD.
Your job will be to collaborate with other architects and clients to create designs for our commercial, healthcare and residential construction projects according to client specifications. Our ideal candidate has a degree in architectural drafting and experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, and other computer-aided design programs. A certificate from the American Design Drafting Association is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities
Discuss the scope and expectations of the project with clients
proficiency of AutoCAD
Collaborate with other architects on the team to determine the initial design
Submit the design to the client for feedback and update it as necessary
Analyze your design to ensure it meets client specifications before submitting a final version
Requirements and Qualifications
Associate degree in architectural drafting
Architectural / Interior Auto CAD operator
Excellent math and communication skills
Must be able to work well on a team
Proficiency with common drafting programs
