Work Environment

As a Licensed Physical Therapist at Vital Motion, you will operate in a dynamic onsite environment, primarily visiting patients in their homes across Vallejo and surrounding areas. This setting allows you to build strong patient relationships and carry out therapies in a familiar, comfortable context, which can significantly enhance therapeutic outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations to assess each patient's physical status, capabilities, and individual therapy needs upon your first visit.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans that focus on enhancing patients' strength, mobility, and independence in daily activities.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation, to achieve the best therapeutic outcomes.
• Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team comprising nurses, occupational therapists, and physicians to coordinate care and maximize patient results.
• Educate patients and their families on effective home exercise regimens and health maintenance strategies to encourage ongoing physical activity and well-being.
• Stay updated on state and federal regulatory standards, ensuring compliance within all aspects of patient care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, accompanied by a full benefits package that includes healthcare coverage, paid time off, and retirement savings options.
