Mbi LLC is seeking a Business Subject Matter Expert / Business Analyst to join the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities in a Scrum environment. You will consult with clients, define needs, and develop artifacts like wireframes and workflows while participating in backlog grooming. Responsibilities include UAT development and testing, advanced data analysis, and tier 2/3 issue resolution, reporting through the PMO Manager.
