General Labor Worker

As a General Labor worker you will be performing varied duties which may include installing seats, roof hatches, lights, bolt tightening, install plywood and sheet metal, just to name a few.

General laborer workers must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance stamina. Laborers must also be able to concentrate on their tasks.

The ability to understand and communicate information is also essential; along with computer skills.

Skills needed

• manual dexterity to use tools and factory machines
• physical strength to lift and move heavy equipment
• stamina to remain on feet for most of shift

You must be able to work required shift for the position offered.

You must be able to work in a hot/cold environment for 10 hour shifts.

You must be able to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds for the duration of 10 hour shifts.
