Bindery Operator Location: Plymouth, MI
Compensation: $22-$30/hr DOE
Full-Time, Permanent Position

We are seeking a Bindery Operator to join our growing team in Plymouth, MI. What You'll Do

Operate and maintain bindery and finishing equipment
Set up jobs according to production specifications
Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep equipment operating efficiently
Monitor workflow and production schedules to meet deadlines
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Equipment Experience Preferred

Experience with any of the following equipment is a plus:

MBO Pile Feed Folders
MBO Continuous Feed Folders
Stahl Continuous Feed Folders
Muller Martini Saddle Stitchers
Polar Cutters
Heidelberg Cylinder Die Cutters

What We're Looking For

Previous commercial bindery experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
