We are seeking a Bindery Operator to join our growing team in Plymouth, MI. - Operate and maintain bindery and finishing equipment
- Set up jobs according to production specifications
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep equipment operating efficiently
- Monitor workflow and production schedules to meet deadlines
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
