Production Machine OperatorWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Machine Operator to join our team in Wixom, Michigan. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor production machinery according to safety and quality standardsPerform routine equipment checks and basic maintenanceLoad raw materials and unload finished productsInspect products to ensure they meet specifications and report defectsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all company safety policies and proceduresAccurately complete production and quality documentationQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredPrevious machine operation or manufacturing experience is a plusAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work assigned shift and overtime as neededBenefitsCompetitive hourly pay at $22/hourOpportunities for overtimeHealth, dental, and vision insurance (if applicable)Paid time off and holidaysCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesJoin our team and be part of a company that values quality, safety, and teamwork.
