Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Machine Operators to join our Plastics department in Wixom, MI. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating production equipment, meeting daily production standards, maintaining accurate machine logs, performing quality checks, and keeping the work area clean and organized.
The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Run equipment on a daily basis and meet production standards.
- Maintain machine logs.
- Perform periodic quality checks.
- Clean station as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous machine operation, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.
- Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to maintain accurate machine logs.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to follow all safety and quality procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
