Litigation Paralegal Opportunity

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a reputable law firm in California to find an experienced Litigation Paralegal. This role is ideal for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and closings.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Maintain and organize case files, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Manage discovery processes, including document production and depositions.
• Coordinate and attend client meetings, depositions, and court proceedings.
• Monitor and manage case calendars and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and court officials.
• Assist in trial preparation, including the preparation of trial exhibits and witness lists.
• File legal documents with the court and serve them to involved parties.
• Support attorneys with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a law firm setting.
• Bachelor's degree and Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and document management.
• Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Work Hours:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, standard business hours.
