Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or similar plus:

2+ Years of Corporate Paralegal or Transactional Legal Support experience

Experience supporting attorneys with corporate and transactional matters including entity formations, corporate governance documents, contracts, and regulatory filings

Strong organizational skills with the ability to assist on litigation matters (approximately 20% of workload) including document management, filings, and case support
