Your Role as a Real Estate Sales Agent:
- Develop and nurture client relationships to drive sales.

- Host engaging open houses to highlight our listings.
- Manage the entire process from listing to closing, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions.

- Be a local expert with in-depth knowledge of the community and market, confidently addressing inquiries about potential homes, comparable properties, and the neighborhood.
Real Estate Sales Agent Requirements:
- Previous sales experience is advantageous.

- Possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Be self-motivated and driven by ambition.
- Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A valid Real Estate License is required.

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
Benefits: Flexible schedule
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Self-determined schedule, Weekend availability
