Responsibilities
What You'll Do

As a Real Estate Agent with Cesi Pagano & Associates, you'll focus on the high-value activities that build a thriving real estate business while delivering an exceptional experience to every client.

• Generate, nurture, and convert leads using proven prospecting and follow-up systems to maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified buyers and sellers.
• Conduct professional buyer and seller consultations to understand each client's goals, establish expectations, and create a clear strategy for achieving the best possible outcome.
• Guide buyers through every stage of the home-buying process , including property tours, market analysis, offer preparation, negotiations, inspections, and closing, so they feel informed and confident in every decision.
• Secure and successfully manage listings by providing expert pricing guidance, recommending home-preparation strategies, communicating the marketing plan, and keeping sellers informed throughout the transaction.
• Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts with skill, professionalism, and attention to detail to protect clients' interests and help them achieve favorable terms.
• Use our CRM, technology, and business-tracking systems consistently to manage relationships, prioritize follow-up, monitor performance, and ensure no client or opportunity falls through the cracks.
• Actively participate in coaching, training, script practice, open houses, and team accountability , including completion of the PLACE Launch program, to sharpen your skills, improve conversion, and create sustainable long-term growth.

Qualifications

Qualifications

✓ Active California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License required , with a strong understanding of California real estate practices, contracts, disclosures, and ethical standards.

✓ Two or more years of residential real estate sales experience preferred , along with a demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and guide transactions from consultation through closing.

✓ Working knowledge of the Orange County real estate market preferred , including local communities, property values, market conditions, and current buyer and seller trends.

✓ Proven prospecting, lead-generation, and follow-up skills , with the discipline to consistently build and manage a healthy pipeline of future business.

✓ Strong consultation, presentation, and negotiation abilities , with the confidence to advise clients, communicate value, overcome objections, and advocate for their best interests.

✓ Comfort using real estate technology , including the MLS, CRM platforms, electronic contracts and signatures, video conferencing, and digital communication tools. Experience with Brivity or PLACE technology is helpful but not required.

✓ Excellent organization and time-management skills , with the ability to prioritize income-producing activities, meet deadlines, maintain accurate records, and manage multiple clients and transactions.

✓ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills , including the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and consistently with clients, team members, cooperating agents, and vendors.

✓ A high level of integrity, professionalism, personal responsibility, and attention to detail , ensuring clients receive trustworthy guidance and an exceptional experience throughout every transaction.
