We are looking for a licensed real estate agent interested in learning how to conduct professional property showings, host open houses, and develop a successful real estate business while earning rewarding commissions . This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, exploring homes, and gaining practical sales experience through coaching, mentorship, and consistent activity.

You will learn how to prepare for property tours, schedule appointments, present homes to prospective buyers, and help clients understand the features and benefits of different properties. Through guided training and experience in the field, you will develop stronger market knowledge, improve your communication skills, and become more confident working directly with buyers.

Open houses will also be an important part of your development. You will learn how to prepare and promote an open house, welcome visitors, start productive conversations, identify potential buyers, and follow up with interested prospects. These activities will help you understand how successful agents create new relationships and turn property visits into appointments and future business opportunities.

You will receive ongoing coaching, practical sales training, and accountability to help you establish productive routines and improve your results. Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will learn how to manage your database, communicate with clients, conduct buyer consultations, and understand the process of preparing offers, negotiating terms, and completing transactions.

As your knowledge and experience expand, you will have opportunities to develop your own client relationships, generate referrals, represent buyers, and pursue future listing business. What You Can Develop:

$160,000 at plan commissions

• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
• Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary
• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction

• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Present yourself in a professional manner
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly

• A real estate license is required
• Sales experience
• Working Rights in the USA
• Must live within daily driving distance of the office
