We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to develop a productive business working with buyers while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity provides coaching, accountability, and established systems designed to help you create opportunities now while building the foundation for consistent future business.

You will gain experience working with buyers from the first conversation through a successful closing. This includes conducting buyer consultations, understanding client needs, identifying properties, coordinating showings, preparing offers, negotiating terms, and helping clients navigate important decisions throughout their purchase.

Along the way, you will strengthen the skills needed to turn new conversations into appointments and appointments into active clients. You will learn how consistent prospecting, thoughtful follow-up, and strong client communication can create a growing pipeline of buyers while generating future repeat and referral opportunities.

You will work alongside experienced real estate professionals who provide practical coaching, guidance, and support throughout the process. The focus is on helping you become more confident in buyer conversations, improve your sales and negotiation skills, stay organized with your opportunities, and establish productive daily routines.

Compensation:

$150,000+ at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
• Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
• Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
• Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers

• CRM and database mastery

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Show a track record of real estate success
• Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car

• A real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
• Sales experience
• Must live in Orange County
• Must have working rights in the USA
