In this role, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders, team members, and school contacts across the United States to source, engage, and recruit top early-career talent. This position will help develop and execute recruiting strategies, strengthen university relationships, support brand-building efforts, and contribute to recruiting events that advance the company's early career talent needs.Key Responsibilities:Develop innovative recruitment strategies supported by data-driven insights and in partnership with business partnersProactively assess and improve recruitment strategies as part of the department's continuous improvement strategySource and engage talent through university partnerships, talent communities, referrals, candidate databases, and other recruiting channels to support current and future hiring needs.Conduct phone screens with candidates to determine if position requirements are met, as well as organizational fit. Forward top prospects to hiring department for review.Ensure hiring managers have quality information for hiring decisions, such as application, resume, transcripts, references, etc.Provide consistent, top-tier experience for all stakeholders, including candidates, hiring managers, college and university partners, and other business stakeholdersDiscuss external market conditions with hiring manager, such as compensation, relocation, etc. to assist in the decision processBuild and maintain strong relationships with top-tier universities, schools, and target student groupsPlan and execute on-campus and in-house events for students, including delivering company presentationsPlan and execute internship program activities as assignedPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred2-4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a company within engineering or construction industryKnowledge of college recruiting best practices, trends, and processesA clear, polished communicator with exceptional written and verbal skillsA team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindsetSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to balance competing priorities with strong follow-throughPassionate about leveraging data to shape recruiting strategies and decisionsEager to understand how campus recruiting impacts the broader business and excited about shaping early talent pipelinesWilling to travel for recruiting eventsMinimum Qualifications: 2+ years related HR experience.
