Professional Services Recruiter (Contract)
Overland Park, KS (Fully Onsite)
$36.00 - $40.00 per Hour

LHH Recruiting Solutions is partnering with a local company in the Overland Park, Kansas area to identify a talented Professional Services Recruiter to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying top talent, and supporting hiring initiatives across professional and corporate functions. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of recruiting experience and a passion for connecting exceptional candidates with rewarding career opportunities.

Position Overview

The Professional Services Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of professional-level positions. This individual will collaborate closely with hiring managers, source and screen qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional services and corporate positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting resources.
• Review resumes, conduct candidate screenings, and evaluate qualifications against job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding candidate progress and market conditions.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support onboarding activities and assist with other talent acquisition initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience required.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and recruiting platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
