Medical Records Specialist / Administrative Assistant II

Functional Areas : General administration medical records management and front-line customer service support.

Core Responsibilities :
- Processing updating and maintaining detailed electronic health records (EHR).
- Ensuring accuracy and data integrity during workflow adoptions or transitions to new EHR software systems.
- Managing day-to-day release of information requests according to legal guidelines.
Schedule Requirements : Hours typically 8 a.m. and 5:00pm p.m.
