Our client, a leading healthcare distribution organization, is seeking an Inventory Associate to join their team. As an Inventory Associate, you will be part of the pharmacy operations supporting inventory management and logistics. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Charlestown, IN

Pay Range: $17.31

Shift: 1st Shift – Monday–Friday

What's the Job?

• Unloading and breaking down pallets of product efficiently and safely.
• Verifying NDCs and quantities against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
• Using handheld scanners to receive, scan, and reconcile incoming products.
• Maintaining detailed records of received inventory and reporting discrepancies.
• Assisting with physical inventory counts and managing product rotation following FIFO principles.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with RF scanners preferred.
• Ability to lift objects up to 25 lbs and perform extensive walking and standing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures diligently.
