Must-Have: Must have Swan-Ganz catheter experience for hemodynamic monitoring for LVAD and Heart Transplant patients. Prefer device experience: LVAD, IABP, Impella.

Description: 10-bed Heart Failure ICU. Candidate should demonstrate strong critical care skills. Responsibilities include providing high-quality nursing care to patients with heart failure. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential for optimal patient outcomes. Ability to manage advanced monitoring devices is required. Commitment to continuing education and professional development is expected.
