Human Resources Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD, known as "The HARRIS CENTER," is seeking an experienced Human Resources Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is responsible for leading full‑cycle recruitment efforts for assigned departments and hard‑to‑fill positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to develop recruitment strategies, improve hiring timelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The Senior TAP serves as a subject‑matter expert in recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, workforce planning, and talent acquisition best practices. Your Role In Action Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and onboarding support. Develop and implement recruitment strategies for difficult‑to‑fill and high‑volume positions. Leverage and establish positive on‑going relationships with university/college administrators, community organizations, and other sourcing contacts to secure quality talent for the agency. Build and maintain partnerships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce challenges. Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to establish recruitment plans, timelines, and candidate qualifications. Review resumes and applications timely to identify qualified candidates. Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments. Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Monitor recruitment metrics including time‑to‑fill, candidate pipeline activity, interview ratios, and offer acceptance rates. Attend and coordinate recruitment events, job fairs, community outreach events, and networking opportunities. Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and direct sourcing techniques. Assist with training and mentoring Talent Acquisition Partners as needed. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, policies, and hiring procedures. Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and applicant tracking system records. Document and analyze the results of each recruiting effort, identify trends in data, and recommend changes in recruiting strategies as needed. Provide recommendations for process improvements to increase recruitment efficiency and candidate quality. Education Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Experience Minimum of 5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience required. Experience recruiting for healthcare, behavioral health, social services, or high‑volume environments preferred. Experience sourcing passive candidates and recruiting for difficult‑to‑fill positions preferred. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and full‑cycle recruiting processes. Ability to recruit for professional, clinical, leadership, and hard‑to‑fill positions. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Experience building relationships with hiring managers and leadership teams. Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms. Ability to analyze recruitment data and provide recommendations.
