Desired Qualifications:

• CCC-SLP credential required
• Prior experience within school settings, especially with elementary-age students
• Strong foundation in managing mild to moderate speech and language caseloads
• Ability to create engaging, individualized therapy plans
• Demonstrated organizational and communication skills
• Adaptability to work across multiple school sites as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and deliver speech-language services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Maintain thorough, accurate records of student progress and assessments
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other support professionals to promote student achievement
• Develop and implement targeted therapy sessions tailored to individual needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student goals and accommodations
• Advocate for speech and language development within the educational environment
• Engage positively with diverse student populations and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive school culture
