Talent Acquisition Specialist

Kforce has a client in Baltimore, MD that is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of business functions and job families. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience while balancing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding activities
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the ATS
• Provide regular hiring updates and market insights to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience recruiting across multiple job families, such as healthcare, technology, finance, operations, or corporate functions
• Ability to quickly learn and recruit for unfamiliar roles and industries
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously

• Adaptable and comfortable working in ambiguous, changing environments
• Strong partnership and communication skills with hiring managers and candidates
• Ability to provide professional guidance and push back when appropriate
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive approach to sourcing and talent pipeline management

• Experience with Eightfold or similar ATS/CRM platforms
• Experience recruiting for technical, data, or specialized professional roles
